TENOR AUDITIONS
The Swingle Singers are looking for a versatile high tenor to start in October 2010.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in jazz, pop and classical styles, with the ability to take any vibrato off the voice and sing softly throughout the vocal range. Good aural skills are essential as we are looking for a singer with impeccable tuning and rhythm, who can perform to an extremely high standard both as part of an ensemble and as a soloist. Strong reading skills are also an asset.
This is a full time position. Each singer is unique and indispensable and the group does not use deputies. All Swingle Singers repertoire is performed from memory and with microphones.
